The discovery process starts with an initial call where I listen to your dreams, talk you through the process and decide if we will be a good fit. 

Once we start working together, I’ll send you an in-depth questionnaire to find out more about you, your business and your goals. 

Once your homework is complete, I put together a brand strategy PDF where I outline your unique voice, dream client and put together a visual mood board for the design direction.

PHASE 2
CREATE

After the discovery phase is approved, I use the brand strategy as a reference to start working on your design development. After creating multiple concepts, I pick the strongest one and present it to you via an in-depth concept presentation that includes a logo, a secondary logo, colour palette and other unique branding elements. Once presented, we revise until we’ve created the brand you’ve been dreaming of. 

Next, I will put together the rest of your package based on the elements you have chosen.

PHASE 3
LAUNCH

The moment you’ve been waiting for. As the project is nearing the end, we pick a launch date. All of your new design files will be sent to you in an organised folder along with a brand manual that clearly articulates how to best implement your unique and elevated new branding.
